Day after Day,Week after Week,Cluan Place,a small Protestant street off the Albertbridge road in east Belfast,has become the focus of Sinn Fein/IRA's violence from the Nationalist Short Strand.Houses have been attacked on an almost nightly basis with bricks,bottles,fireworks,Petrol and Blast bombs all being thrown into Cluan Place.Windows have been broken,houses have been burnt to the ground and worst of all,People have been shot by the Provisional IRA snipers from Short Strand and seriously injured.Only a few Families have been able to stay in their homes due to this non-stop onslaught.On this page you will see some pictures of this once quiet street.Technically,the paramilitaries have been on ceasefire for several years now,try telling this to the residents of Cluan Place....
